Job summary

SNF Recruitment in the Pompano Beach area is seeking a Director of Nursing to take ownership of the nursing department and drive high-quality resident care. An RN leader with skilled nursing experience will manage people and clinical priorities.

This role offers $120,000–$150,000 annually DOE, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Florida RN license, 2 years leadership, CPR, and BSN preferred are ideal.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license.
• At least 2 years of skilled nursing leadership experience.
• DON or ADON experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall nursing department and clinical services.
• Set expectations for nursing staff and hold the team accountable.
• Evaluate clinical practices, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
• Guide staff development, training, and performance.
• Work alongside facility leadership to resolve clinical and operational challenges.
