RAM Recruiting is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) for a well-regarded SNF in Tinton Falls, NJ. The DON will lead the nursing department, mentor staff, ensure regulatory readiness, and collaborate with facility leadership to improve quality of care.

Must be an active NJ RN with prior DON experience in an SNF/LTC setting. This full-time role offers up to $180,000 annually plus benefits, including health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k), and holiday pay in a supportive, team-oriented

The Director of Nursing (DON) will join a dedicated, resident-centered care team in a supportive community setting along the Jersey Shore.
