Job summary

Leap Brands is seeking a District Manager to oversee 5 NC restaurants. You will drive overall performance, including sales, profitability, staffing, food quality, and operational execution across locations.

The ideal candidate has strong multi-unit leadership experience, a proven track record developing General Managers, and excels at creating consistency and teamwork while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume QSR or fast casual environment.
• Proven ability to lead multiple locations and develop General Managers.
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, food cost, labor, and sales.
• Willingness to travel between NC locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across 5 locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and restaurant leadership teams.
• Drive sales growth and improve overall restaurant profitability.
• Monitor food cost, labor, inventory, and other key operating metrics.
• Ensure restaurants meet company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Review store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build strong management teams through recruiting, training, coaching, and development.
• Hold General Managers accountable to sales, labor, food cost, and operational goals.
• Improve speed of service and overall customer experience.
• Conduct regular store visits and provide hands-on coaching to restaurant teams.
• Support new initiatives, promotions, and operational changes.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
