Job summary
Imperial Beverage seeks an experienced District Sales Manager in Michigan to lead a team of Account Managers, driving sales across bars, grocery stores and restaurants within a fast-paced beverage distribution environment. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent, prior management and sales experience, and residence or willingness to relocate to the Wayne County area.
Monday–Friday availability and license eligibility are expected.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sales and Marketing.
- Management and sales experience required.
- 21 years of age or older and resident of the market or willing to relocate.
- Strong relationship-building and organizational skills.
- Ability to obtain Michigan Liquor Control Commission license.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a district sales team of Account Managers.
- Develop weekly plans for accounts and visits.
- Train staff, resolve issues, and ensure account standards.
- Run sales reports and track goals for the team.
- Present information at weekly sales meetings.
