Imperial Beverage, a Michigan family-owned beverage distributor, seeks a District Sales Manager to lead Account Managers serving bars, grocery stores and restaurants with their beverage selections. This full-time role is based in Washtenaw County and pays a base compensation range depending on experience.

Ideal candidates have prior sales leadership, strong relationship-building skills, and a willingness to relocate or reside in the Washtenaw County area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Sales and Business Marketing.
• Management and sales experience required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Must live in assigned market.
• Ability to attain a Michigan Liquor Control Commission license.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly visits and accounts.
• Train and coach your team; lead weekly sales meetings.
• Run sales reports and identify opportunities.
• Ensure accounts meet standards and provide support as needed.
