Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, in Port Arthur, TX, seeks a dispatcher representative to process and coordinate phone sales and distribution of asphalt and crushed concrete products for multiple plants.

You will handle order entry, scheduling and shipping based on customer orders, while maintaining day-to-day communication with colleagues and customers in a fast-paced, safety-minded environment.

Qualifications

• GED required with ability to perform essential duties.
• Experience in dispatch for asphalt or aggregate preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and coordinate delivery of asphalt and crushed concrete.
• Dispatch and schedule with plants and drivers daily.
• Communicate with customers and crew under pressure.
• Follow safety policies and use GPS/software tools.
• Assist drivers with directions and jobsite details.
