Job summary

Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a Dispatcher based out of our Tinton Falls, NJ office to coordinate and schedule aggregate material orders in our East region. This role requires effective communication with customers and coordination with truckers and vendors.

Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate billing, timely order fulfillment, and DEP record keeping for plant production and hours of operation. A fast-paced, detail-oriented multitasker will fit well in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment preferred.
• High School or GED.
• Dispatch and/or logistics experience preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule aggregate material orders in the East region.
• Serve as point of contact for customers at all aggregate sites.
• Use computer programs to ensure correct billing and order fulfillment.
• Communicate effectively with customers, truckers, vendors and co-workers.
• Maintain DEP records for plant production and hours of operation.
• Prepare and file incident/problem reports; verify hours for payroll.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
