U-Haul Moving Help is seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a customer service/sales background to thrive in a fast-paced setting. The Moving Help Specialist will manage email, live chat, and phone communications from Moving Helpers, handling multiple issues with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Become educated in Moving Help programs and U-Haul operations.
Respond to Moving Helper inquiries via phone, email, and text promptly.
Assist Moving Help personnel with projects and material support.
Update electronic files and other resources.
Perform routine quality assurance checks to support Moving Help and U-Haul operations.
Contribute in a positive, enthusiastic and helpful manner.
