Qualifications

• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers.
• Proficient with basic software: Outlook, Excel, Word; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls from customers.
• Schedule and coordinate jobs with customers and craftsmen.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on estimates and leads.
• Track and maintain accurate scheduling data using Jobber.
• Handle customer service requests and maintain positive relationships.
• Support craftsmen and office team to keep operations running.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals monthly.
