Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Product, applications, or wholesale distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours daily.
• Able to stoop, bend, and reach inventory; work in indoor and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup; track order status at all times.
• Assist counter and phone customers with orders, product info, pricing, and availability.
• Upsell complementary products and maintain deep product knowledge; follow pricing guidelines.
• Build customer relationships; collaborate with team and follow company procedures.
