Qualifications

• Experience with construction administration, job costing, or DOT regulations desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential documents.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and assist with general office duties.
• Input daily job materials and maintain digital records.
• Run daily/weekly job cost reports and process transactions.
• Set up Vista/HeavyJob and track project dates.
• Review contracts and prepare COIs and subcontract work orders.
• Prepare bid packages and collect submittal documentation.
• Manage safety documentation and record field locations (811).
• Maintain master job files and coordinate with accounting.
• Suggest process improvements to streamline workflows.
