Atrium Hospitality is seeking an experienced Event Services Coordinator to craft exceptional events at our Fort Lauderdale area properties. You will coordinate details with clients, lead BEOs, and work closely with sales teams to drive revenue while ensuring flawless execution.

The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and a solid background in group and social events. On-site work with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of event services experience
• Strong technology skills around BEOs, diagramming tools, and CRM systems
• Flexible and adaptable – events don’t stick to a 9–5 schedule
• Exceptional communicator with clear, concise communication
• Understanding of group and social event segments

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to craft detailed, unforgettable event experiences.
• Lead banquet coordination, manage BEO creation and distribution.
• Drive revenue through upselling and proactive client communication.
• Monitor guestroom blocks and keep contracts on track to avoid attrition charges.
• Manage payments start to finish with clear, accurate invoices.
• Lead site tours, participate in pre/post-event meetings and event execution.
• Support Sales and Marketing with activities and revenue checks.
