Responsibilities

• Responds to telephone inquiries by determining client needs and referrals to the appropriate Manager.
• Establishes rapport with clients and acts as liaison for Catering Sales and Conference Services.
• Performs extensive administrative duties and distributes reports to relevant departments.
• Maintains filing systems and audits; manages office supplies and inventory.
• Coordinates event arrangements with the Director of Catering & Events.
• Runs and distributes Delphi Reports for various catering and CS managers.
• Qualifies catering inquiries and updates lead status in Delphi.
