Qualificações

• Minimum 2+ years supervisory background leading Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds teams.
• Experience with financial statements, budgeting and monthly reporting.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant law and fair housing regulations.
• Computer skills; proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook; Yardi Voyager preferred.
• California driver’s license and valid car insurance; HS diploma or GED.
