Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for Avana Matthews in Matthews, NC. You will oversee daily property operations, lead the on-site team, and drive occupancy and revenue goals while ensuring compliance with policies and applicable laws.

The role requires 4–6 years in property management, strong leadership, and effective communication. Responsibilities include leasing, vendor management, and budget oversight to support the community’s performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Avana Matthews property.
• Lead and develop on-site team to achieve budgeted financial and occupancy goals.
• Oversee leasing, renewals, and enforcement of lease terms; collect rents and monitor financial reports.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor relations; ensure safety and appearance standards.
• Prepare and review financial statements and budgets; provide updates to owners.
