Job summary

MASS MoCA is seeking a full-time Communications Coordinator to join the Communications & Content Department. The role supports external communications through social media, marketing campaigns, and public relations, and also handles internal project management and departmental reporting.

Key duties include developing social content, editing copy for consistency, coordinating with designers, and maintaining Asana workflow to ensure on-time delivery of ads and collateral.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a marketing or communications role is preferred.
• Excellent writing and editing skills; writing samples may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content for social media channels and pull analytics reports.
• Edit copy from programming teams to align with editorial style for website and social media.
• Maintain and update editorial style guide; assist with events and campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers for signage and timely delivery of ads and collateral.
• Maintain project workflow in Asana and track status of requests.
