Top Choice Plumbing is hiring a full-time Commercial Service Dispatcher to support nationwide commercial plumbing operations. This role coordinates service calls, schedules technicians and subcontractors, communicates with customers, maintains accurate work-order updates, and ensures open jobs move toward completion or proper handoff.

We seek someone organized and dependable who can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming commercial service calls professionally and gather complete job information.
• Create accurate work orders and service records.
• Schedule and coordinate technicians and subcontractors.
• Handle urgent and emergency service requests during the assigned shift.
• Communicate job assignments, ETAs, delays, status changes, and next steps.
• Monitor active jobs and follow up when updates are missing.
• Maintain accurate information in Housecall Pro, ServiceChannel, and the internal Job Tracker.
• Document important customer, technician, and subcontractor communications.
• Follow up on missing notes, photos, documentation, or information affecting work-order progress.
• Help prevent work orders from becoming stale or forgotten.
• Prepare complete written handoffs for unresolved work before the end of the shift.
• Support the Lead Dispatcher and dispatch team during high-volume periods and emergencies.
