Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support real property acquisitions, sales, loans, leases, and development transactions. You will draft correspondence and Real Estate related documents for law firms and corporate legal departments.

Responsibilities include drafting purchase agreements, deeds, notes, foreclosures, preparing closing books, and reviewing title reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal required.
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
• Great multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to stay organized while in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Draft real property documents, including purchase and sale agreements, deeds, promissory notes, deeds of trust, and foreclosure documents
• Prepare documents for non-judicial foreclosure actions
• Prepare closing books
• Analyze/review title reports and legal descriptions
• Communicate with escrow officers, title officers, and insurance company employees
• Work with surveyors, appraisers, and lenders to obtain property information
• Obtain information from government officials regarding taxes, assessments, building permits, etc.
• Record real property documents
