LHH, in partnership with a respected law firm, seeks an experienced Commercial Real Estate Closer to manage sophisticated closings from start to finish. You will work with attorneys, lenders, title companies, and surveyors to ensure deals close smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of law firm CRE closing experience, strong knowledge of title and closing procedures, and exceptional organizational and client-service skills.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of CRE closing experience in a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of title, survey, escrow, recording, and closing procedures.
• Experience supporting CRE acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and refinancing.
• Ability to independently manage multiple complex closings simultaneously.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and legal document management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage closings from due diligence to closing and post-closing.
• Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, title companies, surveyors, clients, and other transaction parties.
• Review title commitments, exception documents, surveys, and closing requirements.
• Prepare and maintain closing checklists while tracking critical deadlines.
• Coordinate the preparation, execution, and delivery of closing documents and signature packages.
• Review settlement statements, closing statements, and transaction-related financial figures.
• Facilitate funding, recording, document delivery, and post-closing requirements.
• Organize transaction files, closing binders, and supporting documentation.
• Anticipate and resolve issues that could impact closing timelines.

About the Role

The ideal candidate has substantial experience handling commercial real estate closings and is comfortable working independently while supporting multiple transactions simultaneously. You will work closely with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, surveyors, and other transaction stakeholders to ensure deals close smoothly and efficiently.

• Manage commercial real estate transactions from due diligence through closing and post-closing.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with developers, investors, institutional lenders, and commercial property owners.
• Paralegal certificate, bachelor's degree, or equivalent legal experience is a plus.
