Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with transactional commercial real estate.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication to effectively advocate for diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate leases, purchase and sale agreements, LOIs, easements, and covenants for commercial real estate transactions.
• Engage in due diligence, track critical dates, review title/surveys/environmental reports, and prepare closing documents.
• Facilitate closings and post-closing documentation and administration.
• Draft and review complex operating agreements, bylaws, shareholders’ agreements, property management agreements, and service agreements.
• Draft and negotiate loan documents (if applicable).
• Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to manage matters.
• Maintain organized client files.
