Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in transactional commercial real estate.
• Strong analytical, research and writing skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced market.
• Juris Doctor and bar admission in at least one state; Tennessee admission possible.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate leases, purchase and sale agreements, LOIs, easements, covenants, and restriction agreements for commercial real estate transactions.
• Engage in due diligence, review title, surveys, environmental reports, and prepare closing documents.
• Facilitate closings and post-closing documentation and administration.
• Draft and review complex operating agreements, partnership agreements, and property management contracts.
• Draft and negotiate loan documents (if applicable).
• Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to manage files and deadlines.
• Organize and maintain client files.
