Job summary

Intelica CRE is seeking a Commercial Property Manager in St. Louis, MO with 2–4 years of commercial real estate experience. The role oversees daily operations for a diverse portfolio and requires on-site availability for tenant relations and inspections.

Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor coordination, inspection follow-up, and ensuring lease terms and critical dates are met, working closely with leadership and brokerage teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial property management experience.
• Yardi or RealPage experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of property accounting and lease language.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of approximately 1 million SF of retail and industrial properties.
• Be on site for tenant relations and site visits; perform monthly inspections.
• Obtain bids for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Manage tenant and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with maintenance to address repairs and complete reviews.
• Assist with annual operating expense budgets and variance reporting.
• Monitor spending and approve invoices for payment.
• Follow up with tenants on delinquency issues.
• Coordinate move in/out of tenants and transfer of keys.
• Collaborate with Director, Regional Management, and lease/broker teams on dates and lease requirements.
