Job summary

Wick Phillips seeks a dynamic commercial litigation paralegal to support the litigation team. You will assist 4–5 attorneys with calendaring, document prep and review, and court filings in state and federal courts.

You will perform Westlaw research, client and court communications, matter tracking, and reminders while collaborating with fellow attorneys and paralegals. A high school diploma and strong MS Office/Adobe skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Extensive knowledge of court system, filing, and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe; familiarity with iManage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
• Experience with document management systems such as iManage.
• Comfort with printing, scanning, emailing, phone, and postage equipment.
• Physical ability to lift 10–40 pounds and move between floors.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to 4–5 attorneys (partners and associates).
• Prepare and review documents; calendar deadlines; file in state and federal courts.
• Conduct Westlaw research and communicate with courts and clients.
• Track matters and set reminders; support other attorneys and paralegals as needed.
