Job summary

AllianceOne Incorporated in Maumee, OH is seeking a Call Center Supervisor (Collections) to lead an on-site team of agents, drive performance, and ensure quality and client satisfaction. You will coach while monitoring KPIs and guiding daily operations.

The role requires 6 months' supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and prefer a bachelor’s degree. The position offers $20.50/hour with a Monday–Friday 10 AM–8 PM ET schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Completion of internal Agent development initiative like JUMP preferred.
• 6 months of supervisory experience (or internal candidates with AllianceOne experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Agents to meet KPIs.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain service levels and productivity across call, email, and chat.
• Ensure adherence to policies and escalate issues as needed.
• Support scheduling and real-time operations.
