Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers care to patients using CMA process.
• Performs patient check-out, surgery scheduling, and postoperative calls.
• Communicates test results and care plans to patients by phone or mail.
• Ensures patient safety and privacy rights are protected.
• May assist in front office duties as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management or providers.
