Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting or Nursing Assisting program.
• Current CMA or CNA credential in good standing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of infection control and sterile technique.
• Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation.
• Strong communication skills with patients, providers, and staff.

Responsabilités

• Clinical patient support within CMA/CNA scope and assist physicians during examinations.
• Prepare patients and exam rooms for procedures and document care in the EMR.
• Assist with administrative tasks, charge tickets, and daily workflow management.
• Maintain sterile technique and follow OSHA and clinic safety policies.
