Responsibilities

• Administers and records assessments as directed by the teacher.
• Operates and cares for classroom equipment.
• Distributes and collects worksheets and materials.
• Supervises students during drills, assemblies, field trips, and meals.
• Checks notebooks and grades papers; supervises makeup work.
• Works with students in small groups to reinforce learning.
• Adheres to safety rules and proper procedures.
• Checks and records attendance.
• Assists in preparing classroom displays; performs other duties as assigned.
