Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate in Fredericksburg, Texas, with opportunities to handle complex civil matters in state and federal courts. The role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills and a J.D. from an accredited law school.

Experience in probate, fiduciary, or real estate litigation is a plus. The candidate will manage a diverse caseload, draft pleadings, conduct research, and support hearings and trials.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas license in good standing.
• 2–7+ years civil litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload from inception to resolution.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other documents.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
• Conduct legal research on complex issues, statutes, and case law.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and discuss strategy.
• Oversee discovery, document production, and witness preparation.
• Assist in settlement negotiations and trial preparation.
