BCG Attorney Search in San Antonio, Texas is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to oversee complex civil matters, representing clients in state and federal courts. The ideal candidate holds a J.D. from an accredited law school, is in good standing to practice in Texas, and brings 2–7+ years of civil litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
• Conduct legal research on complex legal issues, statutes, and case law.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and discuss strategy.
• Oversee the discovery process, including document production and witness preparation.
• Assist in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Assist in trial preparation and provide trial support as needed.
