Job summary
Fernley Pioneers, LLC is seeking a Casino Floor Manager to oversee casino floor and food & beverage operations on-site in Fernley, NV. You will lead staff, ensure warm guest service, and enforce policies to achieve objectives in service quality and appearance of the facility.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Casino Management experience preferred.
- Must communicate effectively in English.
- Excellent math skills; ability to calculate money accurately.
Responsibilities
- Administer policies for casino floor and food & beverage operations.
- Lead, assign and evaluate staff performance to ensure service standards.
- Control cash handling and reconciliation per gaming policies.
- Train employees to meet customer service and appearance standards.
- Ensure machines and equipment on the gaming floor are maintained and clean.
- Assist in casino marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest, employee and company information.
- Attend management meetings and participate in staffing decisions.
