Job summary

Seneca Gaming Corporation is seeking a Beverage Bartender to provide friendly service and pour drinks to guests and beverage servers. You will prepare drinks with correct portions, manage payments, and maintain bar cleanliness while following policies and internal controls.

The role requires 18+, a HS diploma, 2 years beverage experience, and strong English communication. You will work in a fast-paced casino setting with a 24-hour schedule and training obligations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
• High School diploma or its equivalency required.
• Two years previous beverage experience required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of operating a cash register.
• Ability to operate bartending equipment listed above.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks with proper portions.
• Mix drinks and collect payment from guests.
• Count bank at the beginning and end of shift including room charges.
• Take beverage orders and communicate clearly in English.
• Clean bar area and restock supplies; lift and reach as needed.
• Maintain a neat, stocked bar and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service and professional conduct.
