Job summary

Seneca Gaming Corporation seeks a Beverage Bar Back to support beverage stations and maintain a clean, stocked bar area. You will handle supplies, prep fruits, ice, glasses, and assist bartenders while delivering friendly service across the casino.

The role requires physical stamina, English communication, and flexibility within a 24-hour schedule. Training is provided in accordance with internal policies.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Ability to speak effectively to the public, employees and customers.
• Must be able to stand, walk and move through all areas of the casino.

Responsibilities

• Obtain supplies and equipment for each beverage station and place fruits, glasses and silverware in their respective places.
• Prepare fruit, fill ice bins and clean ashtrays.
• Wash glasses for the bartender and clear debris from the bar.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicate in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner at all times.
• Attend all necessary meetings.
• Hours are determined by a 24-hour schedule.
• Pushing, pulling and turning a four wheel loaded cart to all bars in the casino from the liquor storeroom.
