Job summary

Seneca Niagara Falls Gaming Corporation is seeking a Beverage Bartender to provide friendly service at the bar, prepare and pour drinks with proper portions, and follow company policies. The role requires clear English communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment.

Essential duties include mixing drinks, handling payments, counting the cash bank at start and end of shifts, maintaining a clean bar, restocking supplies, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or its equivalency required.
• Three (3) years previous bartending experience required.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of operating a cash register is required.
• Ability to operate equipment: juice guns, cutting boards, soda guns, ice machines, mixers, pourers, knives and related bartending tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks with proper portions and ingredients.
• Mix drinks and collect payment from guests.
• Count bank at the beginning and end of shift and complete paperwork.
• Must communicate clearly in English with guests.
• Maintain bar area, restock supplies, and assist with cleaning.
• Provide exceptional customer service and adhere to policies.
