Job summary

Smart Circle International is seeking an Account/Campaign Coordinator to support the Campaign Manager across client accounts, coordinating with field, retail, and B2B channels. The role blends relationship management, planning, and execution to keep initiatives moving on schedule.

You'll work with Analytics, Finance, Compliance, and Legal, use Salesforce and Tableau for tracking, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of account or project support experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams and clients.
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an additional contact for assigned clients and manage communications.
• Provide daily account support including onboarding, assets, and compliance.
• Communicate program metrics and expansion opportunities with field leaders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Create and maintain account documentation in the project tool.
• Support additional projects to meet team and business goals.
