Steve & Kate's Camp in Palo Alto, CA is seeking energetic staff to help run activities for campers aged 4–12. You’ll supervise, facilitate sessions, and support safety and wellness across daily camp routines.

Ideal candidates are motivated babysitters, teachers, coaches, students or athletes who enjoy creativity and play. You’ll gain leadership skills, work with a collaborative team, and contribute to an inclusive, kid-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Minimum 2 months experience with camp-age children; 1 year preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certification required before Day 1.

Responsibilities

• Staff members will be responsible for facilitating activities, making connections, and monitoring safety and wellness.
• Some staff will create/oversee activity spaces where campers self-select activities; others work in rotating support roles.
