Steve and Kate's Camps in Princeton, NJ is seeking staff to supervise and engage campers aged 4–12 in a dynamic, creative camp environment. You will help kids make decisions, stay safe, and participate in diverse activities from crafts to outdoor games.

Candidates should be at least 16, with some camp-related experience and First Aid/CPR. Strong teamwork, enthusiasm, and the ability to lead groups are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp-age children (1 year preferred).
• First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp (some locations may require additional certifications).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate activities, connect with campers, and monitor safety and wellness.
• Oversee activity spaces or rotate in support roles; assist with sewing, arts, maker space, etc.
• Actively supervise campers and maintain organized spaces.
• Report notable concerns or injuries and track camper allergies/dietary restrictions.
• Add daily updates and photos to campers' profiles.
