Job summary

Steve & Kate's Camp is seeking team members to help run a self-directed camp, fostering creativity and play. You will supervise campers, facilitate activities like sewing, maker space, and arts, and support families and staff with a positive, inclusive environment.

Ideal applicants are motivated babysitters, teachers, coaches, students, artists, and anyone ready to play hard and be goofy; training and leadership opportunities are available as you grow within the program.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2 months of experience in a Camp, or 1 year in Education/Child Care is required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate activities, build connections, and monitor safety and wellness.
• Oversee activity spaces and rotating support roles across camp.
• Lead, train, and inspire a team; manage day-to-day site operations to run smoothly and safely.
