Qualifications

• Previous Store Manager, Café Manager or General Manager experience.
• Experience in high-volume coffee, cafe, QSR, or drive-thru environments.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to manage labor, scheduling, inventory and store performance.
• Excellent guest-service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
