Qualifications

• Previous Store Manager, Café Manager, or General Manager experience.
• High-volume coffee, café, QSR, or drive-thru experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-development skills.
• Experience managing labor, scheduling, inventory, and store performance.
• Strong guest-service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
