Let’s create something extraordinary together.**Position Summary**The busser is responsible for setting and clearing tables, placing and replacing silverware, keeping beverage glasses full and adhering to sanitation and safety policies.**Duties and Responsibilities*** Cleaning machines and appliances, such as coffee & tea makers, glass washers and bread warmer.* Maintain the general cleanliness and orderliness of the coffee and bread station during service.* Set up bread trays and butter dishes for service, and prepare coffee and tea beverages to order* Properly sets-up coffee and bread stations, performs side-work and other opening/closing procedures as directed by management.* Sort soiled China, glasses, and silverware outside the break down area, polishing glasses/silverware and restocking server stations.* Always maintain general cleanliness and stock paper supply in guest restrooms during service.* Emptying trash, receptacles, sweeping floors, restocking all supplies in the dining room and ensure that the dining areas and service stations are clean and organized.* Anticipate and accommodate the needs of guests while providing professional and exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction.* Communicates the needs of the guests to Front-of-House and Back-of-House support staff, servers, managers, and chefs.* Protects establishment, guests, and employees by adhering to Department of Health and Company sanitation standards.* Reports all breakage, damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management.* Attends and participates in daily pre-service meetings.* Updates knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities.* Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Employee Handbook.**Our Ideal Candidate*** Previous busser/hospitality experience in a high-volume restaurant/lounge.* Must be able to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods of time.* Must be able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs.* Role may include job duties or tasks requiring repetitive motion.* Exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials may occur.* Must be able to work and remain focused in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.* Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.**As an important member of our team, you’ll be eligible for:*** Health, Dental, and Vision insurance* Competitive pay*This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with the job.
