Drift In is seeking a Busser with elevated, high-volume restaurant experience in the West Village. You will support servers and kitchen, reset tables, and ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, assisting with food delivery, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding DOH standards. This role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work varied shifts in an outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential job functions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Walk/stand/bend continuously and lift 30+ lbs.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays; variable schedule.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Clear tables promptly after guests finish and reset for new diners.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen to synchronize service flow.
• Assist with delivering food and refilling water.
• Maintain cleanliness and meet DOH standards in the dining area.
• Setup and breakdown station to specification; perform closing tasks.
