Responsibilities

• Assist Floor & Cocktail Servers in guest service steps and support tasks.
• Reset and tidy tables quickly and professionally during service.
• Communicate guest needs to Front-of-House and Heart-of-House staff, servers and chefs.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of tables and dining areas.
• Stock side-stations and support opening/closing procedures as directed.
