Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Able to perform food runner and busser duties.
• Maintain professionalism in high-stress dining environments.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, gracious, and responsive service to create a memorable dining experience for guests.
• Clear dishes from tables as appropriate.
• Fill water glasses and other drinks as needed.
• Clean and reset tables and transport dirty dishes to the dish area.
• Arrange tables and chairs for guests as required.
• Deliver food and items promptly and neatly per table/position number.
• Note any special instructions or allergies before delivering orders.
• Be aware of service flow in the dining area.
• Perform ongoing workstation cleaning per schedule and management guidance.
• Assist servers in other duties as needed.
• With GM guidance, may train new bussers.
