Responsibilities

• Completes opening/closing side work to prep dining room, bar, kitchen and service stations.
• Cleans and maintains assigned stations and service areas before, during, and after peak times.
• Knows full menu and restaurant info including hours, table numbers and payment options.
• Uses suggestive selling to promote specials and desserts.
• Serves customers professionally; acknowledges requests and completes meals.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen, dining room, bar and service areas throughout shift.
• Assists team members as needed.
• Carries trays in and out of kitchen, bar and dining room.
• Receives payments, processes guest checks and provides correct change.
• Totals bills, presents and processes payments with accurate cash handling.
• Reports concerns to management about health, sanitation, staff, inventory and guests.
• Restocks items and alerts kitchen staff to shortages.
• Complies with health/sanitation and alcohol standards.
