Prismhr Hire in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a dependable front-of-house team member for weekend morning shifts to help create a welcoming guest experience through attentive service and a clean, organized workspace.

You will take orders, enter them in the POS, deliver items promptly, assist with dining area setup, coordinate with kitchen staff, handle payments, and ensure food safety standards while supporting peak periods.

Qualifications

• Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable weekend morning availability.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry items.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for order and payment accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional service throughout their visit.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Deliver menu items in a timely manner while checking in to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with setting up, resetting, and maintaining dining areas before, during, and after service.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and support staff to help ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle payments accurately and process transactions in accordance with company procedures.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Support other front-of-house duties as needed during peak periods.
• Delivering breakfast to rooms when ordered.
