Job summary

2020 Companies seeks energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand across retail locations in their territory. You will conduct activations, engage adult consumers, verify age, and collect feedback while promoting promotions.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, reliable, and comfortable in fast-paced retail environments. Must be at least 21 with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Daily travel is required within the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional marketing is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and regulations.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute promotional materials and offers, including coupons and incentives.
• Travel throughout the territory to support scheduled visits and events.
