Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors for retail activations across your territory, representing a nationally recognized premium tobacco brand. You will engage adult consumers, conduct scheduled activations, verify age, distribute promotions, and collect feedback while traveling within the territory.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a great personality. Pay is $25 per hour with weekly pay, mileage and travel time, and eligibility for benefits including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in brand ambassador or retail roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging with consumers in retail settings.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelines.
• Administer consumer surveys and accurately collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives.
