Treasure-Island-Resort- is seeking a Dual Rate Dealer/Assistant Pit Supervisor in Minnesota. The role includes dealing games like blackjack and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and ideally some supervisory experience. Skills in communication and problem-solving are essential. The work environment is dynamic, often noisy, on the gaming floor, requiring flexibility in scheduling. Compensation is $6.31/hour plus tips, or $22.50/hour as Assistant Pit Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven knowledge of basic strategy and (+) and (-) count system.

Responsabilités

• Exchange cash for chips.
• Deal the games efficiently according to established policies.
• Provide continuous quality entertainment and service to guests.
• Protect the integrity of the game and table inventory.
• Operate the table games software.
• Monitor table activity ensuring compliance with Title 31 guidelines.
• Initiate and verify fills and credits for tables.
• Issue comps following established guidelines.
