Responsibilities include completing training, delivering LifeWise lessons, maintaining a safe and organized classroom, recording attendance, and coordinating with teachers and volunteers. This is a part-time, non-exempt role offering flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Mature Christian faith aligned with LifeWise beliefs.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise beliefs.

Responsibilities

• Complete substitute teacher training.
• Teach LifeWise classes on an as-needed basis.
• Implement the LifeWise curriculum as provided by the teacher.
• Maintain a safe, organized and stimulating classroom following LifeWise policies.
• Follow the program's student discipline policy.
• Take attendance and provide records to the teacher.
• Maintain a clean and well-ordered classroom; know emergency procedures.
• Communicate lesson plans with volunteers and the teacher.
• Serve as a LifeWise ambassador within the community.
