This role is the voice of the dealership, ensuring a smooth customer journey and maximising appointment numbers.

The ideal candidate has experience with high-volume phone work, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume phone work in a professional setting (BDC/call-center preferred).
• Comfortable guiding conversations toward appointments.
• Clear verbal and written communication for calls, texts, and emails.
• Goal-oriented with appointment targets and bonuses.
• Strong organizational habits for scheduling and logging data.
• Comfortable using CRM and multi-line phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales and service calls as first contact.
• Respond to internet leads and set sales appointments.
• Make outbound follow-up calls for unsold visitors and missed appointments.
• Schedule service appointments per department guidelines.
• Log customer data, appointments, and outcomes in CRM.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on no-shows.
